Since my schedule is carefully built around these contracted times, I cannot guarantee my availability if you change your ceremony start time. In the unfortunate event that I'm unable to accommodate a new start time, we would sadly have to part ways so you, and no one wants that! Since I schedule my ceremonies with great care, I'm kindly asking you to do the same with yours.

We understand that we are contractually committing to this ceremony start time. Any changes to the start time of the ceremony might mean Tim can't attend, and that we'll lose our deposit.
